Fall Mums Sale - pick up at the farm September 21-26, 2026
Sale runs from now until September 13th (no late orders will be accepted) Students/families should take all orders/collect money for their sales and then submit ONE order and payment through the online "store" below to get credit for that student. Please do NOT send your family and friends the order link or the account credit will not go to your specific student. Thank you for your cooperation.
$16 each for a beautiful mum in a 9" pot (Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, or White) from Bartsch Farms and students will get around $7 account credit per plant!

Get a HEAD START on Fundraising for the 2027 choir trip to Disney with Aramark
The NADBP has partnered Aramark and Acrisure Stadium to offer band, orchestra and choir families the opportunity to work in concession stands at Acrisure Stadium for all concerts and Pitt/Steelers football games at Acrisure Stadium.
The SignUpGenius is live for the 2026 season. We’ll use the same link throughout the year and add events to it as we go. Working even a single event yields between $125 - $165 per person in trip credit.

(6) All participants must have completed PA RAMP Training within the last 2 years. If you worked Aramark events in 2025-2026 or the NFL draft, you do not need to do anything.
(7) please note: If you have completed the credentialing process for the Steelers then you will get an email from them before each game to confirm that you are approved to work the game. This does not mean you are scheduled to work. We approve everyone on our list in case we have late cancellations and need to swap anyone out.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ARAMARK FUNDRAISING
The NACPA (working with the NA band patrons) participates in the Aramark Fundraising program for non-profit organizations. Parents and students age 18 and older may sign up to work in a concession stand at Acrisure Stadium during Steelers and Pitt football game and select other events held at Acrisure/Heinz Field. Aramark contributes $130 - $200 per person towards fees and trip costs for each event worked.
No prior experience is required but Pennsylvania Online RAMP training is required.
Online RAMP Training: All Aramark participants must complete the PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) in order to participate. RAMP training from the state is available online for $8.95 and takes about 2 hours to complete.
