Get a HEAD START on Fundraising for the 2027 choir trip to Disney with Aramark

 

 

The NADBP has partnered Aramark and Acrisure Stadium to offer band, orchestra and choir families the opportunity to work in concession stands at Acrisure Stadium for all concerts and Pitt/Steelers football games at Acrisure Stadium.

 

 

The SignUpGenius is live for the 2026 season. We’ll use the same link throughout the year and add events to it as we go.  

The next opportunities for Aramark Fundraising are:
 
=> Friday 8/21 Steelers Preseason game (sign up deadline 8/10)
 
=> Saturday 8/29 Bruno Mars concert (sign up deadline 8/15)

 

Working even a single event yields between $125 - $165 per person in trip credit.

(1) Report time to the stadium for each of the above events is 3pm so carpools will leave from the McCandless Park and Ride at 2:30pm
 
(2) All Aramark Fundraising participants must be 18.  
 
(3) The fundraising payout is anticipated to be $125-$165 depending on event (sign up genius has updated info)
 
(4) The sign up deadlines are firm. Sign Up Here
 
(5) There is a $25 cancellation penalty for anyone who cancels less than 7 days before the event.  Please do not sign up if you cannot fulfill the commitment.  
  

(6) All participants must have completed PA RAMP Training within the last 2 years. If you worked Aramark events in 2025-2026 or the NFL draft, you do not need to do anything.  

  

 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ARAMARK FUNDRAISING

The NACPA (working with the NA band patrons) participates in the Aramark Fundraising program for non-profit organizations.  Parents and students age 18 and older may sign up to work in a concession stand at Acrisure Stadium during Steelers and Pitt football game and select other events held at Acrisure/Heinz Field.  Aramark contributes $130 - $200 per person towards fees and trip costs for each event worked.  

 

No prior experience is required but Pennsylvania Online RAMP training is required.  

 

Online RAMP Training:  All Aramark participants must complete the PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) in order to participate. RAMP training from the state is available online for $8.95 and takes about 2 hours to complete.

You may chose to participate in as few or as many Aramark events as you want.

To view your account credit:
2. in the upper right hand corner, click on "logged in as your name"
3. A bunch of tabs will show up in the main body of the website--choose the "account credit" tab
4. Under your student's name, you will see any credit they have available from fundraisers or overpayments

Fundraising Disclaimer: All choir families should be aware that any unused trip fundraising credit earned through participation in NACPA fundraisers cannot be refunded in cash to families due to tax regulations. Unused fundraising credit may be carried forward to future school years and may be transferred to siblings for use in future years to offset trip costs.
