Orders picked up at Bartsch Farm and Garden, 833 Bartsch Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15209 on either May 5th or May 8th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. 

 

Note that there are only 2 pickup dates. 

All orders must be picked at Bartsch Farm & Garden during the above timeframe.

Aramark Fundraising - Morgan Wallen Concerts
 
The next Aramark Fundraising Events will be the Morgan Wallen concerts on Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6.  Report time to the stadium is 3pm, so carpools will leave from the McCandless Park & Ride lot at 2:15pm.  The payout for this event for Orchestra and Choir participants is $160 per person per day.  All participants must be 18.  Deadline to sign up is May 24, no exceptions.  All participants must have completed PA RAMP training.  If you sign up, please be sure that you are able to attend.  Aramark has advised that there will be a $25 cancellation fee after 5/26.  If you have questions, please email NADBP.Aramark@gmail.com.  Sign up using the Sign Up Genius Link Below:
 

  

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ARAMARK FUNDRAISING

The NACPA (working with the NA band patrons) participates in the Aramark Fundraising program for non-profit organizations.  Parents and students age 18 and older may sign up to work in a concession stand at Acrisure Stadium during Steelers and Pitt football game and select other events held at Acrisure/Heinz Field.  Aramark contributes $130 - $200 per person towards fees and trip costs for each event worked.  

 

No prior experience is required but Pennsylvania Online RAMP training is required.  

 

Online RAMP Training:  All Aramark participants must complete the PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) in order to participate. RAMP training from the state is available online for $8.95 and takes about 2 hours to complete.

To view your account credit:
2. in the upper right hand corner, click on "logged in as your name"
3. A bunch of tabs will show up in the main body of the website--choose the "account credit" tab
4. Under your student's name, you will see any credit they have available from fundraisers or overpayments

Fundraising Disclaimer: All choir families should be aware that any unused trip fundraising credit earned through participation in NACPA fundraisers cannot be refunded in cash to families due to tax regulations. Unused fundraising credit may be carried forward to future school years and may be transferred to siblings for use in future years to offset trip costs.
